The Heritage Conservation Centre (HCC) has embarked on a multi-year Time-Based Media Care and Preservation Plan focused on establishing tailored policies and workflows to tackle the many outstanding needs of the growing Time-Based Media (TBM) collection.
This survey is meant to capture different practices regarding outgoing loans of TBM works and the related insurance value, to help us frame our internal policies.
