What is your education and/or training?

Fabiola is a Contemporary Art Conservator currently based in Hong Kong, where she holds the position of Associate Conservator Variable Media Art at M+, which opened to the public in 2021.
Fabiola’s ongoing research interest focuses on the challenging discussion triggered by complex artworks which present variabilities in their possible manifestations, long-term preservation strategies for Time-Based Media artworks, and more recently performance art.
Fabiola holds a Master Degree in Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Heritage from the University of Torino in cooperation with the Centro Conservazione e Restauro “La Venaria Reale” and has gained extensive experience in the field working in several museum institutions across, Italy, Austria, and Poland.
