What is your education and/or training?
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Conservation-Restoration of Movable Cultural Heritage from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), with a focus on easel painting and polychrome wooden sculpture. During my undergraduate studies, I worked as a volunteer intern on various projects, such as the Portinari Project, and participated in scientific research aimed at developing a corrosion-inhibiting film for silver under the guidance of Professor João Cura D'ars. Currently, I am part of the Master's program at the School of Fine Arts at UFMG, specializing in heritage preservation, and I volunteer in the research project "Risk Management Protocols for Cultural Heritage: Scientific Documentation and Monitoring using Damage Maps with HBIM (Heritage Building Information Modeling) and 3D Reconstruction Techniques," coordinated by Dr. Yacy Ara Froner.
