Abstract
The “Decision-Making Model” in the textile conservation. Adaptation and practicability exemplified with the “Siegburger Löwenseide” and Krijn Giezens “Lichtobject” 1977 It is the proposition of a German Decision-Making Model in the field of textile conservation. The Adaptation is based on the „Decision-Making Model for conservation of modern art", developed during the Dutch project „The Conservation of modern Art". The specified decision making for conservation will be explained as a part of the general decision making process. The translated „Decision-Making Model for conservation of modern art" will be changed in its structural composition and partially adjusted. The appliance of the proposition is partially showed by two different textile objects the „Siegburger Löwenseide“ from the 10th century and Krijn Giezens „Lichtobject“ from 1977.
