What is your education and/or training?

In 2017, I got my degree in Bachelor of Arts in Arts Management from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde. From 2019 to present, I am working as a project officer at the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA)--the overall policy making body, coordinating, and grants giving agency for the preservation, development and promotion of Philippine arts and culture. As part of the Program Monitoring and Evaluation Division of the NCCA, my duties include the following:

-Preparing monitoring and evaluation tools with the goal of improving the outputs, outcomes, and impact of the agency's art and cultural projects and programs;
-Overseeing at least 30 projects under the Visual Arts and Architecture and Allied Arts committees annually;
-Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that
all the project target deliverables are met; and
-Preparing and presenting assessment reports to the Management
Committee and members of the National Committees.

I want to join the INCCA so I can further enhance my knowledge and appreciation of culture and arts protection, promotion, and conservation.
