Posted on Wed, 03/01/2023 - 11:52

Dear All,

Many thanks for reading the post. You are kindly invited to participate in a voluntary Zoom interview on conservators/museum or art gallery practitioners’ interactions with media artists for preserving the latter’s new media art or alike (e.g., art & tech, digital art, etc.). The interview is part of a PhD thesis project at the University of Manchester’s School of Arts, Languages and Cultures.

The one-on-one interview will last 45 to 60 minutes, while this depends on how much you would like to share.

You may consider taking part if:
1_You are a conservator or a museum/art gallery practitioner working on new media art, AND
2_You have experience interacting with artists for the PRESERVATION of their new media art in or outside the context of your institution.

Please find the project’s participant information sheet on the sidebar for more information.

You can contact if you have further inquiries or are interested in joining the project’s interviews.

Please feel free to forward this message to colleagues who might be happy to share their experiences. Thank you again for your time and support.

Best wishes,
Qinyue Liu
