The JPI CULTURAL HERITAGE project Cleaning Modern Oil Paints (CMOP) invites you to join our public session at our interim meeting at Tate Britain, London, on Friday 11 November 2016, 10-12 am.

The meeting intends to introduce the audience to the CMOP project and its progress. Participants are invited to discuss a case study (a cleaning problem on a painting in the studio, or wider issues of conservation or analysis).

Registration via email, and if applicable a proposal for a short presentation should be submitted to John McNeill, Collection Care Research Manager, Tate John.McNeill@tate.org.uk1 November.

We wish to create an environment which allows for a lively and engaging discussion addressing the many issues related to surface cleaning of modern oil paints.

Kind regards on behalf of the CMOP team.

Klaas Jan van den Berg

Project Leader CMOP.
