Advanced Training Fellowship in Conservation National Gallery of Art, Washington, DC

The conservation division of the National Gallery of Art is seeking applications for fellowship positions in paper conservation, objects conservation and paintings conservation. The fellowships are supported by the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation and the Charles E. Culpeper Foundation. The three-year fellowships will commence in the fall of 2016 and include a yearly stipend starting at $34,000 plus $2,000 each year for travel and research. For inquiries please contact:

Applications must be submitted electronically to dcl@nga.gov 
All application material must be received no later than April 15, 2016.

preliminary selection, final candidates may be invited for an interview.  A portfolio of conservation treatments and research
should be presented by the candidate at the interview.  All applicants will be notified by June 30, 2016 of the decision of the
selection committee.
